**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-4 month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data, while also providing exceptional support to our internal teams. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering client employee payroll information and personal employee information into internal/external systems in a timely and accurate manner
* Updating client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
* Providing exceptional support to internal teams and clients, while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
