**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working on a 3-4 month contract with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent position. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering client data into our internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter client data into internal and external systems with high precision and accuracy
* Load client employee payroll information and personal employee information in a timely and accurate manner into databases
* Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintain accurate account information and ensure the integrity of client taxes
* Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
* Experience with data management software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
