Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial needs. You'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work in a contact center environment to support clients with their financial needs
* Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide suggestions for resolving internal and external client issues
* Perform moderately complex client care tasks, including:
+ Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Providing accurate and timely information to clients
+ Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them
* Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and improve the overall client experience
**Required Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in client care, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
* Ability to analyze and implement digital upgrades to improve the client experience
* Business industry experience
* Knowledge of investment terminology
* Contact center experience
* A BS/BA degree or higher
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience handling complex transactions and conducting thorough analysis to resolve complex client requests
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Experience with digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities
* Business industry experience
* Knowledge of investment terminology
* Contact center experience
* A BS/BA degree or higher
