You'll be responsible for resolving complex client issues, providing suggestions to improve the client experience, and advocating for advanced services like online delivery of statements and other documents. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Work in a contact center environment to provide support to clients * Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide suggestions to resolve issues * Perform moderately complex client care tasks * Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them * Advocate for advanced services like online delivery of statements and other documents * Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues **Required Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations * Equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education may be considered * Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to investigate and resolve common computer issues * Ability to explore different computer system windows and applications * Ability to search for information using search tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Business industry experience * Knowledge of investment terminology * Contact center experience * Bachelor's degree or higher **Work Assumptions** * The start date will be October 23, 2023 * Ability to work at the specified location below * Required location listed below.
