As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial needs, providing exceptional service, and helping us achieve our mission. **About this role:** In this part-time position, you will work from home as a remote customer service representative, providing support to clients with their financial needs. You will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key responsibilities:** * Work from home as a remote customer service representative, providing support to clients with their financial needs * Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Perform moderately complex customer service tasks, including troubleshooting and problem-solving * Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them * Advocate for digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online bill pay, and other digital opportunities * Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and improve customer experiences **Required qualifications:** * 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues * Ability to analyze and implement digital upgrades to improve customer experiences * Business industry experience * Knowledge of investment terminology * Contact center experience * Bachelor's degree or higher **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience handling complex transactions and conducting in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience with digital services, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online bill pay, and other digital opportunities * Business industry experience * Knowledge of investment terminology * Contact center experience * Bachelor's degree or higher **Work assumptions:** * The start date for this position is October 23, 2023 * Ability to work at the specified location below * Required location listed below.
