With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. **The Worldwide Vendor and Organization Services (GM&NS) Estimating Team** The GM&NS Estimating team is responsible for driving the single largest source of arenaflex's revenue: Trader Markdown Income. Our team works closely with various stakeholders to determine the optimal pricing strategy that enables vendor acceptance of arenaflex while improving inclusion and vendor satisfaction. By leveraging client-driven pricing standards, more adaptable pricing engineering, and creative pricing solutions, we drive GMS income and profit growth. **The Financial Analyst of Planning and Research – Canada** As a Financial Analyst of Planning and Research – Canada, you will play a critical role in determining and reporting dealer markdown income. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact multiple organizations and departments by aligning the association's objective for profitable charge volume and vendor growth, essential for the strength of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Create a Canada figure for shipper rebate income track month-to-month execution against forecast and recognize drivers of change. * Develop vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district. * Drive normalization and interaction improvement among the different local pricing groups for all reporting and determining related activities. * Support external reviews including investigating issues found, reaching the provincial pricing groups that handle the vendor relationship to discuss issues, and managing goals. * Perform impromptu data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years' experience in financial services or payments industry, and/or other finance-related roles. * Four-year college education required; strongly preferred in finance/Accounting/Business. * High proficiency with Excel is required. * Strong attention to detail and organization. * Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and draw value-added insights from large financial datasets. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS/SQL) is required. * Excellent communication skills – both written and oral. * A strong relationship with management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence others in situations where there may be multiple objectives. * Strong work ethic with an extreme will-to-win, ability to succeed in a high-speed, dynamic team environment, which places an emphasis on driving results. * An innovative thinker who will challenge conventional approaches to doing things and develop new ways to tackle old challenges. * Strong project management skills with full ownership from analysis through to execution. * Enthusiastic focus on the client; demonstrated willingness to understand and address client needs and pain points. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and priorities as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. * Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
