We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Financial Analysis and Reporting team in Canada. We work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to improve financial performance. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality analysis and reporting that informs business decisions and drives results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including monthly performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and profitability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve financial performance * Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions and drive results * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related field * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field * High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field * Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting * Knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools * Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and develop strategies to drive results * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
