**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Supporting various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative assistance
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
* Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Four-year college education, with a normal graduation date no sooner than December 2024
* Business or specialized degree (Math, Software... engineering, Information Science, and so forth) an or more
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in business administration or past sales experience an or more
* A solid understanding of business and financial acumen
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
* Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in a similar role
* Certification in data entry or a related field
