**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. You will work independently and as part of a team with limited direction, and you will be expected to maintain flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned
* Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Possessing strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
* Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data
* Working independently and as part of a team with limited direction
* Maintaining flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Must reside in the state of Ohio
* Ability to pass a data entry assessment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with the SDU system or similar systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
