Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and retrieving information from our computer databases, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues. Key Responsibilities


Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
Transmit information or documents using a computer, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print
Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
Verify information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness
Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift


Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
* Familiarity with point of sale systems and property management software
* Basic knowledge of SQL or database management
