Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Clerk – Remote Opportunity with careerzynith

As a part-time Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team in reviewing and processing syndicated loan notices. **Key Responsibilities**
* Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input
* Review automated data extraction results
* Ensure speed and accuracy when reviewing and/or inputting data
* Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to strict deadlines
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and through email communication)
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
**Work Timings**
* This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need.
* Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4 hour increments and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2 - 3 days per month)
* The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. (This is not a casual part-time position and there are regular hours.)
* Working days are based exclusively on business needs and are expected to be variable.
**Qualifications**
* 1 year+ of relevant experience
* Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including:
+ Laptop functionality
+ Video conferencing software (i.e. Microsoft Teams)
+ Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously
+ Microsoft Teams
+ Online software programs for data entry
* Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required
* Ability to find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
