**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our Help Desk team, responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance. You will work closely with our Help Desk technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
* Open and submit requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
* Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
* Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and effective updates on their issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
* Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with arenaflex's ticketing system or similar software
* Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications
* Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
