As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a permanent opportunity, with flexible hours and a starting pay rate of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Open and submit requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., problem resolved, requires coordinated call with customer) * Email responses to customers to ensure they receive updates and exceptional customer service * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status * Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide timely support **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in I.T.
