**Job Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Invoicing Management**: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* **GL Coding Verification**: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval.
* **Document Management**: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices.
* **Administrative Support**: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Data Entry Experience**: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision.
* **10-Key by Touch**: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills.
* **Computer Literacy**: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
* **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
* **Office Equipment Familiarity**: Must be familiar with various office equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be viewed favorably:
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
* Familiarity with INFOR or similar accounting software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
