As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our Help Desk team, working closely with our technicians to provide top-notch support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system * Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as necessary * Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their tickets * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient ticket resolution **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in I.T.
