**Position Overview**
We're seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be instrumental in evaluating and collecting data, discriminating between pertinent and non-pertinent information, and inputting data into our management systems.

* Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities.
* Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database.
* Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems and processes.
* Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance data collection and analysis.
