**Job Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations team by performing the following tasks:
* Extracting ships' movement updates from emails and entering data into our operations system with precision and accuracy
* Verifying the accuracy of vendors' Statements of Account (SOA) against our system's records to ensure seamless transactions
* Assisting in generating monthly disbursement summary reports from our system to provide valuable insights to our clients
* Preparing reports and invoices to send to customers with attention to detail and a focus on quality
**Job Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in admin or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of data entry procedures and software applications
* Ability to work 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed
* Training will be provided to help you become proficient in our systems and software, with the option to transition to remote work after completing your training
* Proactive and fast learner with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
* Dedicated, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
* Adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision, with excellent communication skills and a patient listening ear
