**Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Assistant – Academic Research and Knowledgebase Development**

Our work includes catalyzing scholarship and academic networks, equipping freedom-focused research centers, and providing research and experts to maximize impact in policy and communities across the country. **Job Summary** The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and entering data on faculty, students, and professionals in the arenaflex network and their research into the arenaflex Academic Knowledgebase. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Academic Research, this individual will manage data entry, exercise analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns, and further develop their knowledge of the Academy. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluating and collecting data on arenaflex network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting * Parsing between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high-quality data inputs * Enter data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and arenaflex Salesforce database * Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Academic Research to develop and implement data collection and analysis strategies * Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform arenaflex's research and programming * Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases **Supervisory Responsibilities** * None **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain focus on time-consuming tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing simultaneous requests * Strong verbal and written communication skills * A curious nature with a strong drive to learn and grow * 1 year of relevant work experience preferred * Familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) a plus * Familiarity with Salesforce (or related CRM software) a plus * Knowledge and appreciation for classical liberal ideas preferred * Basic knowledge of Academic Research a plus **Desirable Skills and Qualifications** * Experience working in a data entry or research role * Familiarity with data analysis software and tools * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Estimated Work Schedule** * 25 hours weekly **Salary and Benefits** * Competitive salary of $15.00 - $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional development and growth **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and research, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
