Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Entering data accurately into our systems to ensure seamless customer interactions Assisting customers with inquiries via email, online chats, and other communication channels Documenting customer feedback to help improve our services and contribute to the development of new solutions Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues and provide insightful solutions Communicating effectively and demonstrating empathy toward customers to ensure a positive experience Working closely with the team to maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction and contribute to the achievement of our mission Day-to-Day Tasks Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer emails, managing online chats, and documenting customer feedback.
