About the Role We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Cycles Workshop Technician to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our workshop team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing technical faults, and performing timely repairs or services to meet the expectations of our customers. Key Responsibilities Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose technical faults in customer products and agree on the best solution with customers. Servicing and Repair: Perform servicing and repair of customer products within your Decathlon Store. Customer Service: Ensure that your customers have the best customer service experience. Stock Management: Manage, order, and control stock levels to meet customer demand. Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and provide insights to improve workshop efficiency. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a sports enthusiast with a strong passion for bike repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess: Cytech Certification: Bonus points for being Cytech certified or having previous workshop experience.
