**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that their soft drink fountain machines are in optimal working condition. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that their expectations are met. **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to careerzynith's standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer service-oriented organizations

**Essential Qualifications**

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)
* Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
