**About the Role**

As a part-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll work on our weekend overnight shift (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights). Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone
* Recognizing and understanding how to configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet via a wireless router, which may include connecting standard consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more
* Providing a high level of customer service, educating customers on the use of products and services, and recommending products and services to meet customer needs
* Conducting follow-up calls to customers with recent completed service requests or calls
* Replying to customer email inquiries
* Working with customers to sign up for new service and resolve basic billing issues
* Troubleshooting advanced networking protocols within the company network

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent education
* Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
* A basic understanding of computer hardware and software and consumer wireless routers
* High ethical standards, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork, respect for others, and support for group decisions
* The ability to solve problems with patience and a positive approach
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
