**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhering to careerzynith policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and data security

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances (if applicable)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of Sabre or other travel industry software
* Experience working in a high-pressure environment
* Bilingual or multilingual language skills
* Certification in customer service or a related field
