About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong technical background. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer emails, reproducing bugs, and providing feedback to our development team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part-time position that can be balanced with other commitments. Key Responsibilities

Answer customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that each response is thorough and of high quality
Reproduce bugs and write detailed reports for the development team to facilitate prompt resolution
Provide feedback on usability problems and customer suggestions to help drive product improvement
Check emails twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening, to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries
Participate in occasional phone calls with customers, approximately 1-2 calls per month


Requirements and Qualifications

Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and navigate our web application
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work independently in a distributed team environment

Residence in North or South America, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform the job duties
