Job Overview
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, addressing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless follow-up and follow-through
Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and databases
Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and feedback
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and adapt to change in a quick-paced environment. Gaming experience is helpful, and a positive and professional demeanor is essential. You should be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to type at least 35 words per minute (40+ preferred).
