About the Role
We're seeking experienced customer support representatives to join our team on a part-time basis. As a customer support representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve:
Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences
Providing high-quality products and services to meet customer needs
Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

2+ years of experience in a customer service team or market
Experience working with metric engines and multiple tasks and addresses
