About the Role
As a part-time customer support representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting our customers with their daily needs and helping them plan special trips or lifestyles. You'll be responsible for:
Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services that meet their needs.
Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
