About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including SBS products and services
Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:


Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
Experience with training and development programs, with a focus on customer service and communication
A strong understanding of our products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
