About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or payments industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications


Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:


Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
Knowledge of financial services and payments industry trends and best practices
Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or other languages
Experience with sales and marketing principles, including upselling and cross-selling
