**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive lead generation for our clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
