In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge technology and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience for our clients * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred) **Requirements** * Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily * Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM - 8PM * Flexible scheduling after completion of training * Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred **Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs * Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role **About arenaflex's Culture** arenaflex is a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment to work in.
