Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve issues with fountain equipment, using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Maintain Refrigeration Equipment: Ensure that all refrigeration equipment is in good working condition, performing regular checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Move Equipment and Perform Preventative Maintenance: Move equipment as needed to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and build strong relationships. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field (such as engineering, mechanics, or customer service) an asset. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is necessary, as you may be required to travel to customer sites or company locations. Technical Aptitude: You should have a strong technical aptitude, with experience in repairing and maintaining machinery, particularly fountain equipment. Physical Demands: The ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Flexibility: You must be flexible and willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field (such as engineering, mechanics, or customer service) is preferred.
