Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Remain positive, work collaboratively as a team player, and develop exceptional customer support-oriented relationships Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
