We're committed to building a community that's passionate, engaged, and empowered to make a difference. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, email, and other support channels. You'll be responsible for: * Providing real-time customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally. * Assisting customers with troubleshooting, product information, order tracking, and general inquiries in a clear and friendly manner. * Managing a high volume of inbound chat and email inquiries while maintaining quality and speed of responses. * Identifying common customer concerns and providing solutions, or escalating issues to higher-level teams when necessary. * Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system. * Contributing to our knowledge base by identifying recurring questions and suggesting helpful content or updates. * Assisting with other customer support channels (email, etc.) as needed. * Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently meeting response time and resolution targets. **Essential Functions** * Provide real-time customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally. * Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order tracking, and general inquiries in a clear and friendly manner. * Manage a high volume of inbound chat and email inquiries while maintaining quality and speed of responses. * Identify common customer concerns and provide solutions, or escalate issues to higher-level teams when necessary. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system. * Contribute to our knowledge base by identifying recurring questions and suggesting helpful content or updates. * Assist with other customer support channels (email, etc.) as needed. * Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently meeting response time and resolution targets. **Competencies** * Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. * Proven customer service experience (preferably in chat support or similar roles). * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others. * Familiarity with live chat support software or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshchat, Intercom) is a plus. * Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various digital tools to assist customers. * Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. * Strong de-escalation skills: Ability to manage challenging or upset customers, staying calm and professional while resolving issues efficiently and effectively. * Positive attitude and a team player. **Preferred Experience** * Guild Background Strongly Preferred **Compensation and Benefits** * Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility. * arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks that support your well-being and career growth. **Additional Information** * arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates. * Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
