As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience with our brand. Role Summary As a part-time Customer Success Associate, you will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and work independently to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to drive business growth. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day, ensuring that our customers receive the attention and support they deserve. Key Responsibilities: Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, providing timely and effective support. Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the blithequark brand. Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding solutions that meet both customer and business needs. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met and to drive continuous improvement. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers. Role Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, with a reliable and fast connection. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of both customers and the business. Compensation The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
