Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time customer service support specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service support specialist, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, greeting customers, and providing administrative support to our regional office team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support. This is a remote, part-time opportunity available in multiple states, including Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide administrative support to the regional office team, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Assist customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls
Log service inquiries and document relevant information
Schedule sales and service appointments for retail team members
Conduct initial research of service inquiries and forward for appropriate handling
Maintain inventory supplies and marketing materials, and ensure the orderly upkeep of the retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area
Make deliveries to postal services (valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required)
Perform other duties as assigned


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person
Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment
Proficiency in general computer operations, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
