**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our regional office team to provide support functions, serving internal and external customers, and prospective customers. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity, and you'll be required to work from our Fayetteville, Arkansas location.
**Responsibilities**
* Administrative Support:
+ Provide administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies, and marketing material.
+ Maintain the orderly upkeep of the retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area.
* Customer Service:
+ Assist customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls.
+ Log service inquiries, documenting information relevant to the contact.
+ Schedule sales and service appointments for retail team members.
+ Conduct initial research of service inquiries and forward for appropriate handling.
* Other Duties:
+ Make deliveries to postal services.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
* **Experience**: Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person.
* **Essential Skills & Abilities**:
+ Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to multi-task.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
**Certifications and Security Requirements**
* This position is identified as level three (3) and requires ensuring the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained.
* Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business.
