You will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution * Process customer calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, emails, and chat transcripts * Provide clear explanations of programs, benefits, and policies to customers * Track the reason for each call to ensure successful resolution * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good listening skills and high degree of accuracy required * Self-starter, requiring little or minimal supervision * Ability to handle multi-faceted tasks and prioritize customer inquiries * Ability to resolve difficult or pressure situations with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer service experience, contact center experience preferred * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Knowledge of financial products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Work Environment** * This is a 100% remote part-time position, requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions * The schedule for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays, 10am to 3pm CST each day * Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge **Training Schedule** * In-person training schedule for the first 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm CST * Following training, the part-time schedule will begin **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements * Inclusive culture and community impact * Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer **How to Apply** If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
