* Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
* Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of responsiveness
* Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations
