* Issuing membership cancellations
* Fielding in-bound calls
* Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
* Maintaining a courteous and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers
* Working collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year or more of experience in the Customer Service industry
* Previous call center experience is highly preferred
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
* Proficiency navigating the Internet
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
* Must be over 18 years of age
