**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment
* Operating cash registers and handling customer payments with accuracy and efficiency
* Examining product prices, scanning items, collecting payments, and dispensing accurate change amounts
* Furnishing proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange as needed
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns by providing relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and offering solutions to their problems
* Maintaining a clean and organized checkout counter area at all times
* Monitoring transactions recorded on balance sheets and alerting management of any discrepancies or inconsistencies
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a retail cashier or similar customer service position with verifiable experience
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating electronic devices such as POS systems and cash registers
* Strong math skills and attention to detail
