**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers
* Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
* Transfer calls to various departments as needed
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex concerns when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
