**Job Description**

We're looking for experienced and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to careerzynith members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
* Assisting members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
* Resolving customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
* Documenting and tracking member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
* Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
* Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
