About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing top-notch support to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, remaining flexible and open to new ideas and initiatives
Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement


Essential Qualifications

High school graduate or G.E.D.
Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quality requirements
Mandatory background check


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment
Familiarity with lead and workflow management software
Knowledge of the home improvement industry (an asset)
Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field (an asset)
