Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a prompt and courteous manner
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities with ease
Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delays
Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement


Essential Qualifications

High school graduate or G.E.D.
Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously with ease
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
Must be able to pass a background check


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
