Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential providers through cold calling and other outreach efforts. Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks and meeting established standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines. Successfully recruit providers for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments.
