Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Legal Services and Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding qualified legal providers, researching and recruiting new providers, and promoting our legal program through various channels. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in locating qualified legal providers for their specific legal needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support. Build and maintain arenaflex's network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources. Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential providers through cold calling and other outreach efforts. Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks and meeting established standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines. Successfully recruit providers for individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: Compassionate and courteous communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assigned cases. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a focus on legal services or provider relations. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and practices, with the ability to understand and navigate complex legal issues. Experience with CRM software, database management, and other technology platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer and provider populations.
