Build and maintain arenaflex's network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to potential providers through cold calling, highlighting the benefits of partnership and collaboration. Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments to meet established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines. Successfully recruit individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
