**Job Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a friendly demeanor
* Ensuring the facility is secure and accessible during opening and closing hours
* Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment
* Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Providing exceptional customer service to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Working independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
* A high school education or equivalent
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
* Ability to run a cash register and work independently
* No prior experience necessary (we're happy to train the right candidate!)
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have:
* One year of customer service and/or general office experience
* Knowledge of recreational sports
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
