About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Investment Protection Center (ICC) within the Wealth and Investment Management Division. As a key member of our team, you will serve clients with brokerage accounts over the phone, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced contact environment to promote products and financial services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide initial problem resolution by analyzing customer concerns, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions to resolve internal and external customer issues
Deliver exceptional customer support, managing risks by following all policies and procedures, and staying informed of changes in the industry and market trends
Offer expert advice on digital services, such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities, to enhance the customer experience


Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of two or more years of customer service, financial services, or equivalent experience, demonstrated through employment, training, military, or education


Desired Qualifications

In-depth industry knowledge and extensive research skills to resolve complex client questions and provide tailored solutions
Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills, with the ability to monitor multiple computer windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management
Basic Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies
Ability to resolve computer problems and troubleshoot technical issues, with a strong focus on attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to negotiate digital improvements to deliver a better customer experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
Brokerage experience, with a strong knowledge of investment terminology and financial markets
BS/BA degree or higher, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning and professional development
