**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to English and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and drive sales growth. **Essential Tasks**

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
* Process customer orders and process payments
* Encourage customers to purchase additional products
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
* Ability to understand customers' needs with strong objection/response handling
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

**Qualifications & Education Requirements**

* 6 months to 1-year Customer Service Experience REQUIRED (Call Center or Phone Customer Service Preferred)
* Order processing experience is required
* High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
* Comfortable using computers
* Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers
